The warranty covers any defect or breakage of the insole only. Oasis Therapy Insoles warrants the product only and is not responsible in whole or in part for any other material. Wash and air dry them and return both insoles to the address below. For hygienic reasons, dirty insoles will not be replaced. You must send a copy of your warranty card. Please allow 7 – 10 business days to receive your replacement insoles.
